When you launch PRINERGY Access, the window will open in Jobs View.

You can filter Job lists by Status, you can sort jobs by different attributes, and select individual jobs to find out more information about them.

To view Job Information, Review Status, Job Info Sheets, Upload Info Sheets and Job Files, click on a job row. (Do not click directly on the Job Name, or the job will open and you will lose the Jobs Information view.)


You can View Job Info Sheets when the Job row is selected, and you can Edit Job Info Sheets by clicking on the Edit icon in the Info Sheet header bar.

You can view information supplied in an Upload Info Sheet by selecting the upload name in the File Uploads panel. This will open the Upload Info panel, which allows you to view the Info Sheet.

Use Job Status filters for viewing:

  • Active
  • Requiring Approval
  • Awaiting Correction
  • All Completed
  • All Jobs

Sort by:

  • Job Name
  • Number of Files
  • Created Date
  • Due Date
  • Type of Job
  • Job Status
