  6. From the Kodak Proofer Administrator, select the Proofer and then select the ICC Profiles Tab.
  7. Import the profiles to be signed, taking care not to use these characters in file names:  + - \ / | < > [ ] { } ? . , ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) = : ; ' "
  8. Sign the profiles by selecting a profile category and/or a media configuration:
    • For output/paper profiles, select the Proofer category.
    • For devicelink profiles, select the Simulation category.
    • For PCO profiles, select the Simulation category (Note: Do not sign a PCO profile with a media configuration.)
    • During the profile signing process, the software will prompt you to export the signed profiles.
  9. Refine the exported Color Bar in Prinergy without color management.
  10. Output to proof with the new layout you created in step 5 and the signed profiles from step 8.
Note: The exported color bar must be the very first file sent to this Layout.
  11. If you have an Inline Spectro, it will measure the color bar automatically. For an offline spectro such as the i1iO, iSis or hand held iOne, wait for the proof to dry according to the drying time and then measure the Color Bar.
