You can identify the versions of Prinergy on Demand Cloud Services components by viewing the System Information page in Prinergy on Demand. This can be useful for troubleshooting purposes.
Log into Prinergy on Demand, go to the Home tab and select System Information.
Current software version numbers for all components are displayed.
