You can identify the versions of Prinergy Portal Cloud Services components by viewing the System Information page in Prinergy Portal. This can be useful for troubleshooting purposes.
Log into Prinergy Portal, go to the Home tab and select System Information.
Current software version numbers for all components are displayed.
