- From the System menu, select Report General Errors, or Report Processing Errors if you know which process you want to create an error report for.
- In the Prinergy Evo Error Reporter dialog box, Problem Description box, type a detailed description of the problem.
- Click Set and browse to the network location to which you want to save the compressed error report.
- Click OK.
- Send the error report file to your service representative for troubleshooting.
