  1. From the System menu, select Report General Errors, or Report Processing Errors if you know which process you want to create an error report for.
  2. In the Prinergy Evo Error Reporter dialog box, Problem Description box, type a detailed description of the problem.
  3. Click Set and browse to the network location to which you want to save the compressed error report.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Send the error report file to your service representative for troubleshooting.
