  1. If it is not already open, start the Pandora software.
  2. Perform one of the following actions:
    • From the File menu, select New.
    • Click the New icon in the Pandora toolbar.
  3. In the Select Job Template dialog box, click None.
  4. For Pandora standalone installations only: 
    1. From your Pandora (Mac) or Windows Explorer (Windows) menu, select Preferences.
    2. On the General tab, in the Color Mapping area, clear the check box for Use Prinergy PDF colortags, if available and click OK.
      With this preference disabled, Pandora will be able to properly detect the color separations.
