You can identify the versions of Prinergy on Demand Portal Cloud Services components by viewing the System Information page in Prinergy on DemandPortal. This can be useful for troubleshooting purposes. 

Log into Prinergy on DemandPortal, go to the Home tab and select System Information.

Current software version numbers for all components are displayed.
