If you have multiple TIFF Assembler Plus stations at your site (Macintosh, Windows, or a combination of Macintosh and Windows), you can export various settings from one station to another:

The settings are saved as an XML file, which you can export to another station. You can also use the XML file as a backup file for an individual station.

  1. From the File menu, click Export
  2. Select an option:
    • All: To export all preferences settings, all layout presets, all job planning presets, and the spot color database
    • Preferences: To export all preferences settings
    • Layout Setup: To export all layout presets
    • Sleeve Parameters: To export all sleeve planning parameters
    • Spot Color Database: To export the spot color database
    • Hot Folders: To export all Hot Folder settings
  3. In the Export dialog box, browse to the location where you want to save the file.
  4. In the File name box, type a name for the file.
