Use the Preferences tabs to define the default settings for various software categories. These default settings are activated every time you start the software.
- Select Edit > Preferences.
- In the left pane of the Preferences dialog box, click a category to display its options and current settings in the main pane.

- Unassigned Files
- Advanced
- Files
- License
- Cut (for plate-cutting files)
- Job Planning (for corrugated jobs)
- Sleeve Planning (for continuous sleeve jobs)
- Plate on Sleeve Planning (for plate-on-sleeve jobs)
- PDF (for submitting to prepress software)
- Calibration
- Descreen
- Edit the default settings as needed, and click OK.
