Create final output rule sets

Scenario

In this step, you will create a rule set that uses a Branch flow action to generate final output TIFF files.

You will use this flow action to create a decision point or a "branch" in a rule chain. You will create a true/false condition based on the contents of the trigger event for the rule. The action will cause one of the two possible events to occur—Branch Yes or Branch No—according to the contents.
