The InSite upgrade files are available from Customer Portal (If you are a registered user).

  1. Log on to Customer Portal.

  2. On Customer Portal home page, select Service & Support > Prepress Software Downloads.

  3. In the Filter by Product area, select Unified Workflow > Portal Products > INSITE Prepress Portal System > 11.5.

  4. Click the InSite Prepress Portal 11.5 - Downloads link.

  5. Perform one of the following actions:

    The server that is upgraded
    Do this:
    Satellite server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 11.5 Installer link and download the InSite_11.5.0.##.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your InSite satellite server.

    Main Enterprise server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 11.5 Installer link and download the InSite_11.5.0.##.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your main enterprise server.

    Standby Enterprise server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 11.5 Installer link and download the InSite_11.5.0.##.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your standby enterprise server.
