When you set an ink to transparent while setting up the PDF file, the objects in that ink are visible but not selectable in PDF Trap Editor/Viewer.
- On the lower toolbar in the Properties Editor/Viewer, click the Hide transparent objects
button.
Objects that are in transparent ink no longer appear in the PDF. - When ready, click the Hide transparent objects button again to see the objects that are in transparent ink.
