When you set an ink to transparent while setting up the PDF file, the objects in that ink are visible but not selectable in PDF Trap Editor/Viewer.

1. On the lower toolbar in the Properties Editor/Viewer, click the Hide transparent objects button.
   Objects that are in transparent ink no longer appear in the PDF.
2. When ready, click the Hide transparent objects button again to see the objects that are in transparent ink.
