- Start Prinergy Workshop.
- In Job Finder, locate the job XX_PLA2 newly created by Workshop.
- Open your job. In Job Manager, you can view all the processed files created by the system using the preset custom rules.
- In the 1-Up Artwork pane, double-click the newly refined PDF file
Hawaii p1.p1.pdf, and preview it in Adobe Acrobat. - Select the Step and Repeats view. In the Layouts pane, view the imposed layout as thumbnails.
- Select the Separations view of Job Manager.
- Expand your job XX_Layout1, then select Step and Repeat 1 and expand it.
- Right-click A Front 1,and select Open VPS files. Prinergy VPS starts automatically.
- In Prinergy VPS, use the Navigation palette (select Window > Show Navigation Palette) to proof the entire image.
- From the Prinergy VPS menu, select Quit Prinergy VPS.
- Close the job.
