For files that have undergone a preflight check in Prepress Portal, you can review preflight errors, warnings, and information in Smart Review.

1. In Smart Review, on the right pane, click Preflight.
   In the Preflight panel, you can view a list of the preflight errors, warnings, and information.
2. To zoom to a listing, select the Auto Zoom to Selection check box, and click a listing.
   The view zooms to the relevant area. The relevant area is delimited by a color-coded bounding box: red for errors, yellow for warnings, or blue for information.

Note: In addition to checking the Preflight Notification checkbox in the Upload Processing Rule in InSite Prepress Portal, you must also save the report as XML in the Prinergy Refine Plan > Preflight section for InSite Smart Review to see the Preflight information.
