  1. Make sure that any saved configuration folders are saved outside of the main Prinergy Evo server computer folder.
  2. From the Prinergy Evo server computer click Start.
  3. Select Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to remove the Prinergy Evo software. See the Prinergy Evo Installation Guide for more information on removing Prinergy Evo software.
  4. Place the original Prinergy Evo installation DVD into the Prinergy Evo server computer's DVD-ROM drive.
  5. Reinstall the Prinergy Evo Server software and then the Prinergy Evo Client software. See the Prinergy Evo Installation Guide for more information.
  6. Start the Prinergy Evo Server software. For more information, see Starting Prinergy Evo server software.
  7. Restore your Prinergy Evo system configurations. For more information see Restoring Prinergy Evo system configurations.
