  1. From the System menu, select Data Retention.
  2. In the Data Retention dialog box, in the Keep processes for box, type the number of hours or minutes for Prinergy Evo to store processing history messages. The default is 48.
  3. Select the hours or minutes option.
  4. Click OK.
