If files that you drop into a hot folder fail to reach the Processor queue, perform the following actions:
- Delete all the files from the hot folder that has gone cold.
- If the hot folder still doesn't work, repeat step 1, and then go to the Backup tab in the Proofer Administrator, and do a level 1 reset.
- If the hot folder still doesn't work, repeat step 1, and then go to the Backup tab in the Proofer Administrator, and do a level 3 reset. Warning, this will delete all hot folders, user color libraries , and spot tint libraries, in addition to items deleted in reset level 1 and 2.
