Note: If the Prinergy Workflow software was upgraded—for example, you completed a Prinergy upgrade, rehost, or migration—run the InSite Configuration Utility (ICU) before you upgrade the InSite server.

  1. On the Prepress Portal or PressProof server, open a commandprompt window.

  2. Type ICU and then press Enter.
The InSite and w3svc services stop, and the ICU wizard appears.
  3. Click Next.
  4. On the Prinergy primary server Info screen, confirm the name and IP address of the primary server. If incorrect, type the correct server name and/or IP address.

  5. Click Next until the Email Relay Server screen appears.
  6. On the Email Relay Server screen:
    1. If you are using an email relay server other than Microsoft email relay server:

      1. Check Use default email service checkbox.

      2. Enter the IP address or a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the e-mail relay server

    2. If you are using the Microsoft email relay server:

      1. Uncheck Use default email service checkbox.

      2. Enter  the Microsoft email relay server name. It could be smtp.office365.com, but it could also be another server (for example, <yourdomain>.mail.protection.outlook.com might be your mail server). Please consult your Microsoft 365 Admin Center for more information.
      3. In the Email Address field, Enter one email address in your Microsoft 365 tenant authorized to send mail. If you can, create an account specifically for the InSite server to send mail, like insite@<yourdomain>.com.
      4. In the Password field, Enter the password for the Email Address account.
      5. In the HTTP Proxy field, if your site is using a proxy for your servers to access the World Wide Web, enter the proxy's URL. Consult your IT department to see if a proxy is being used.
      6. In the HTTP Proxy Port field, enter the port number that the HTTP proxy will accept requests on. Consult your IT department to obtain the information.
  7. Click Next until the Configuration Summary screen appears.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. When configuration is finished, click Next, and then click Close.
  10. Click Close.
