If Prinergy Evo Client software displays the message that your input files are inaccessible by the Prinergy Evo server computer:

  1. Check that the folder from which you submitted the input file is a shared folder and that Prinergy Evo server computer has read, write, modify privileges on the folder. For more information, see What is a shared folder?
  2. If not, change the security settings on the folder or resubmit the file from a folder on which the Prinergy Evo server computer does have administrative privileges.
