The Trash window is a temporary holding bin for sheets that have been printed or purged. Sheets and their proofs are eventually deleted from the Trash when the empty-trash schedule expires. Sheets that have been in the Trash the longest are deleted first.
While the sheet and its proofs are in the Trash, you can resubmit or delete them or view their thumbnail, history or settings. You cannot change the settings for any proof in the Trash. You cannot move sheets in the Trash. Since the Trash is not a queue, it cannot be paused.
However, after resubmitting a copy of a proof in the Trash, you can pause the Proofer Queue and edit its separations before proofing it as a unique job.
