The connected i1iO might be a new device or new to this workstation. Ensure that the each of the following points is true:
● The i1iO scanning table is level.
● The i1 is properly mounted in the arm of the i1iO scanning table.
● The white tile is clean.
● The chart is flat and free of air pockets.
● The white glider is in good condition. (The white glider is located at the bottom of the tray where the i1 sits.)
● The height of the arm is positioned so that the scan head can lightly touch all areas of the chart.
