If Prinergy Evo Client software displays the message that your input files are inaccessible by the Prinergy Evo server computer:

  1. Check that the folder from which you submitted the input file is a shared folder and that Prinergy Evo server computer has read, write, modify privileges on the folder.
  2. If not, change the security settings on the folder or resubmit the file from a folder on which the Prinergy Evo server computer does have administrative privileges.
