When is it necessary to step and repeat artwork?
When there isn't a die that exists for the job. In this case, artwork has to be accurately placed on the substrate using manual procedures.
What is the procedure to step and repeat artwork?
a. Add job resources to the job from the ShopMap palette.
b. Import artwork and position one instance accurately on the substrate.
c. From the Object menu, select Step & Repeat.
d. Select the number of times the artwork is to be stepped and repeated vertically and horizontally on the substrate.
