If files that you drop into a hot folder fail to reach the Processor queue, perform the following actions:

  1. Delete all the files from the hot folder that has gone cold.
  2. If the hot folder still doesn't work, repeat step 1, and then go to the Backup tab in the Proofer Administrator, and do a level 1 reset.
  3. If the hot folder still doesn't work, repeat step 1, and then go to the Backup tab in the Proofer Administrator, and do a level 3 reset. Warning, this will delete all hot folders, user color libraries , and spot tint libraries, in addition to items deleted in reset level 1 and 2.
