Assigning a job to a digital device (in the No Target Press queue)

In the No Target Press queue, you can assign a job to a digital device if it is in the No Target Press status; that is, not assigned to a digital device yet.

1. In the No Target Press queue, select the job that you want to assign to a digital device and click   (located in the top-right corner above the list of jobs in the queue), or right-click the job.

2. From the menu that appears, select Reassign and then select the desired device from the list of devices that appears.

3. Depending on the device you selected in step 2, perform one of the following actions:

   • If you selected a device from the list above the line separator, the Digital Job Ticket Editor opens, displaying the relevant parameters for the selected digital device. 
     In the Digital Job Ticket Editor dialog box, change any settings or keep the settings as is, and click Send.
   • If you selected a device from the list below the line separator, the Send to dialog box opens. If you want to change the number of copies, in Copies box, change the value, and click Send.

The Press column in the  No Target Press list displays the assigned digital device, but the job is not submitted and stays in the No Target Press queue. To submit the job, right-click it and select Submit.
