Selecting with a mouse click in PDF Trap Editor/Viewer

Choose the colors that objects, traps, borders, and highlights will appear in when you select them in the Properties Editor.
The list of selected items appears in the Properties Editor (or Viewer).

1. Start a PDF Trap Viewer or PDF Trap Editor session.
2. Depending on the item that you want to add to a selection list, click one of the following in the lower toolbar:
   • Select Object  button 
   • Select Trap  button 
   • Select Border  button 
3. To select the first item, click an object, trap, or border in the Acrobat window.
   A selected item is highlighted with the color that you specified in the Preferences menu. In addition, an object is outlined and overlaid with a pattern of bright dots.
4. To add to the selection group, hold down the Shift key, and click another item.
5. To remove a selected item from a selection list, hold down the Shift key, and click the item.
6. Repeat steps 2, 4, and 5 until you are satisfied with your selection list.
