Symptom
The Proofer Viewer Calibration view does not list a desired media configuration.
Cause
The desired media configuration is not present in the software and/or it is not enabled.
Solution
- Ensure that the desired media configuration is installed or created in the software.
- In the Proofer Viewer Calibration view, select the media configuration, and click Enable.
