In order for a Preflight profile to be used in a Workflow Pipeline, it must first be imported into Preflight Profiles under the Resources Tab of Prinergy on DemandPortal.
Click the Import button in the top right-hand corner of the Preflight Profiles panel, to get a file Open dialog.
