In order for a Preflight profile to be used in a Workflow Pipeline, it must first be imported into Preflight Profiles under the Resources Tab of Prinergy Portal.
Click the Import button in the top right-hand corner of the Preflight Profiles panel, to get a file Open dialog.
You can select and import preflight profiles with the extensions .kpf and .kpfx. (Acrobat Pro exports preflight profiles with a .kpf extension, and pdfToolbox exports profiles with the .kpfx extension.)
