Page History

The page status indicates the page's current approval state.

You can see the page status in the Pages area. The color bars and symbols indicate the page status.

• In Gallery view, the color bar appears at the bottom of the page.

• In List view, the color bar appears on the left of the row.

  This Page Status	Means That	Color Bar Indicator	Symbol
  Work in Progress	The printer is preparing the page. The page is not available for review or approval at this time.	Gray
  Approval Requested	Pages are ready for review or final approval.	Blue
  Approved	The page is ready to print or to create a hard-copy proof.	Green
  Approval Not Required	The page is ready and may be viewed, but there is no need to review or approve it.	Gray
  Reviewed-OK	The page has been reviewed and no changes are required. (This is not a page status, but can be used to filter pages that have the Reviewed-OK indicator) Note: The 'OK' status will appear in the Review column on the right.	Blue
  Reviewed-Not OK	The page has been reviewed and changes are required. (This is not a page status, but can be used to filter pages that have the Reviewed-Not OK indicator) Note: The 'Not OK' status will appear in the Review column on the right.	Blue
  Waiting for Correction	For staff users: The page is incorrect and you must supply a corrected page. For customer users:This page requires changes, printable report with the annotations is generated.	Orange
  Rejected	The page is incorrect and cannot be corrected.	Red
  Approval Requested (Color Required)	Color approval is required. Final approval cannot be performed unless color is approved. Note: The Color status will appear in the Color Review column on the right.	Blue
  Approval Requested (Color)	Color approval has been requested. The page needs to be approved for color accuracy. Note: The Color status will appear in the Color Review column on the right.	Blue
  Approval Requested, In Progress	The page is currently being reviewed. Note: The Color status will appear in the Color Review column on the right.	Blue

  You can use filters to display only pages with a particular status.

ページ ステータスは、現在のページの承認ステータスを示します。

ページ ステータスは［ページ］領域で確認できます。カラー バーとアイコンでページ ステータスが示されます。

• ［ギャラリー］表示では、カラー バーはページの下部に表示されます。

  承認不要	ページの準備ができており、参照が可能です。ただし、確認または承認する必要はありません。	グレー
  確認済み - OK	ページは確認済みで、変更は必要ありません。 （これはページ ステータスではありませんが、確認済み - OKインジケータが付いているページをフィルタリングする際に使用できます） 注意：右側のレビュー欄に「OK」ステータスが表示されます。	青
  確認済み - NG	ページは確認済みですが、変更が必要です。 （これはページ ステータスではありませんが、確認済み - NGインジケータが付いているページをフィルタリングする際に使用できます） 注意：右側のレビュー欄に「NG」ステータスが表示されます。	青
  修正待ち	スタッフ ユーザーの場合：ページに間違いがあり、修正したページを提供する必要があります。 顧客ユーザーの場合：このページは変更が必要で、注釈付きの印刷可能なレポートが作成されます。	オレンジ
  却下	ページに間違いがあり、修正できません。	赤
  カラーの承認依頼	カラーの承認が必要です。カラーが承認されない限り、最終的な承認は実行できません。 注意：右側のレビュー欄にカラーの承認のステータスが表示されます。	青
  承認依頼（カラー）	カラーの承認を依頼されています。ページのカラー精度を承認する必要があります。 注意：右側のレビュー欄にカラーの承認のステータスが表示されます。	青
  カラー未承認	現在、ページの確認を行っています。 注意：右側のレビュー欄にカラーの承認のステータスが表示されます。	青

  フィルタリングを使用して、特定のステータスを持つページのみを表示できます。
