Note: This procedure assumes that Prinergy Workshop is already installed. For information on installing Prinergy Workshop, contact your system administrator.

1. On your client desktop, double-click the Workshop  icon.
   The Connect to Server dialog box appears.
2. If your system has more than one server, in the Server list, select the primary server.
   If the Server list does not display the server that you want, the server may be in a different Windows subnet (Windows) or Apple zone (Macintosh). In that case, select Other. In the Enter Host Name dialog box, type the IP address or name of the server and then click OK.
3. Compare the number in the Workshop Version field with the number in the Server Version field. If the numbers are different, update Prinergy Workshop now.
4. In the User name box, type your user name.
   If you do not know your user name, contact your system administrator. 
5. In the Password box, type your password.
   If you do not know your password, contact your system administrator.
6. If your system includes Prinergy Business Link software, and you may want to change the current user without having to restart Prinergy Workshop, select Enable User Switching.
7. Click Login.

Prinergy Workshop starts and the Job Finder appears.

1. Sur le bureau de votre ordinateur client, double-cliquez sur l'icône Workshop  .

3. Comparez le numéro du champ Version Workshop avec celui du champ Version serveur. Si les numéros sont différents, mettez immédiatement à jour Prinergy Workshop.
4. Entrez votre nom d'utilisateur dans le champ Nom d'utilisateur.
5. Entrez votre mot de passe dans le champ Mot de passe.
   Contactez votre administrateur système si vous ne connaissez pas votre nom d'utilisateur ou votre mot de passe.
6. Si votre système dispose du logiciel Prinergy Business Link et si voulez pouvoir changer l'utilisateur actuel sans avoir à redémarrer Prinergy Workshop, sélectionnez Activer la changement utilisateur.
7. Cliquez sur Connexion.

Prinergy Workshop démarre et l'Explorateur des travaux s'affiche.

印能捷 Workshop 将会启动，并且出现作业浏览器。

1. Doppelklicken Sie auf dem Client-Desktop auf das Workshop-Symbol  .
   Daraufhin öffnet sich das Dialogfeld „Mit Server verbinden".
2. Wenn Ihr System aus mehreren Servern besteht, wählen Sie in der Liste Server den Hauptserver aus.
   Wenn der gewünschte Server nicht in der Liste Server angezeigt wird, ist er möglicherweise in einem anderen Windows-Subnetz (Windows) oder in einer anderen Apple-Zone (Macintosh) enthalten. Wählen Sie in diesem Fall die Option Andere. Geben Sie im Dialogfeld „Server-Namen eingeben" die IP-Adresse oder den Namen des Servers ein, und klicken Sie anschließend auf OK.
3. Vergleichen Sie die Zahl im Feld Workshop-Version mit der Zahl im Feld Serverversion. Aktualisieren Sie Prinergy Workshop umgehend, wenn die Zahlen nicht identisch sind.
4. Geben Sie im Feld Benutzername Ihren Benutzernamen ein.
5. Geben Sie im Feld Passwort Ihr Passwort ein.
   Wenden Sie sich an den Systemadministrator, wenn Sie Ihren Benutzernamen oder Ihr Passwort nicht kennen.
6. Wenn auf Ihrem System die Prinergy Business Link-Software installiert ist und Sie über die Möglichkeit verfügen möchten, den gegenwärtigen Benutzer ohne Neustart von Prinergy Workshop zu ändern, wählen Sie Benutzerwechsel aktivieren aus.
7. Klicken Sie auf Anmelden.

Prinergy Workshop wird gestartet, und der Job Finder wird angezeigt.

4. ユーザー名ボックスに、ユーザー名を入力します。
5. パスワードボックスにパスワードを入力します。
   ユーザー名またはパスワードがわからない場合は、システム管理者に問い合わせてください。
6. システムに Prinergy Business Link ソフトウェアが含まれ、Prinergy Workshop を再起動せずに現在のユーザーを変更する場合は、ユーザーの切り替えを有効にするを選択します。
7. ログインをクリックします。

Prinergy Workshop が起動し、ジョブ ファインダが表示されます。

1. En el escritorio del cliente, haga doble clic en el icono de Workshop .
   Se mostrará el cuadro de diálogo Conectar al servidor.
2. Si el sistema cuenta con varios servidores, en la lista Servidor, seleccione el servidor principal.
   Si la lista Servidor no muestra el servidor que desea, es posible que esté en una subred de Windows distinta (Windows) o en la zona Apple (Macintosh). En tal caso, seleccione Otro. En el cuadro de diálogo Escribir el nombre del host, escriba la dirección IP o el nombre del servidor y haga clic en Aceptar.
3. Compare el número del campo Versión de Workshop con el número del campo Versión del servidor. Si los números son distintos, actualice Prinergy Workshop ahora.
4. Escriba el nombre de usuario en el cuadro Nombre de usuario.
5. Escriba la contraseña en el cuadro Contraseña.
   Si no conoce el nombre de usuario o la contraseña, póngase en contacto con el administrador del sistema.
6. Si el sistema cuenta con el software Prinergy Business Link y quiere tener la posibilidad de cambiar el usuario activo sin reiniciar Prinergy Workshop, seleccione Habilitar cambio de usuario.
7. Haga clic en Inicio de sesión.

Prinergy Workshop se inicia y aparece el Buscador de trabajos.
