If you are using the PLA System Level Rule-Versatile Layout Home rule set, you can copy an existing Prinergy Workflow job and use it to create a new job. Bleeds are retained and it is possible to replace existing artwork.

Important: It is not possible to use the Copy Prinergy Job option if you locked the artwork in the original layout. If you need to copy a job with locked artworks, open the original layout and unlock the artwork prior to using this feature in PLA.

Note: A complete change of a job name in Prinergy is not supported with the Copy Prinergy Job option. However, if you add a prefix to the job name for identifying the print site location after it is sent from PLA, it requires the use of the PrinergyJobNamePrefix.propeties file to allow PLA to find the Prinergy Job to Copy. This file is found at  \\<servername>\Program Files (x86)\Kodak\LayoutAutomation\server\WEB-INF\classes. It is necessary to add each site location name and its associated prefix to this file following the syntax SampleName=SN. If you are using PLA Distributed Processing, please ensure that the PrinergyJobNamePrefix.properties file on the secondary server(s) contains the same information as the one on the main PLA server.

1. On the Status tab, click Copy Prinergy Job.
   The Copy a Prinergy Job dialog box opens.
2. In the Input a new Prinergy job name box, type a new job name.
3. Ensure that the Prinergy Job Home URL indicates the path where the Job is stored. For example: \\<servername>\AraxiVolume_<servername>_J\Jobs. 
   Important: This  path can be adjusted as needed to point to different job homes for each new Copy Job.
4. To copy a job, select it in the Pick up a Prinergy job list.
5. Choose a JT or PJTF file. If multiple layouts exist, confirm the selection.
6. Confirm the layout ticket:
   Note: This should indicate the ticket that was originally used to create the job if PLA originally created it.
   
   • On an Apple Macintosh computer: Select a Layout Ticket Type list
   • On a Windows OS-based computer: Layout Ticket to use for new job list
7. (Optional) To keep the existing artwork, select the Keep artwork in new Prinergy job box.
8. Click Do Copy.
9. In the layout ticket window that appears, complete the remaining boxes in the dialog box. Required data is indicated by . 
   Tip: For boxes that accept artwork or dies, you can:
   • Drag the artwork or die file from the Workshop user interface or your file management software to the box. 
   • Select Add InSite Files to add artwork or dies from the Kodak InSite Creative Workflow. The file must be accessible from the Prinergy Workflow primary server.
   • Note: The PLA software does not automatically upload local files from the Client to the Prinergy Workflow primary server. 
10. Click Validate. 
    If the layout passes validation, you see the message: Information: Validation completed successfully. 
    Otherwise, resolve the issues indicated in the validation warning or validation error message. 
11. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click Send to Prinergy. A job that contains the copied layout is created in Workshop.
    • To save the layout data without sending it to Prinergy Workflow, click Save to File.

4. Um einen Job zu kopieren, wählen Sie ihn in der Liste Einen Prinergy-Job abrufen aus.
5. Wählen Sie eine JT- oder PJTF-Datei. Wenn mehrere Layouts vorhanden Sie, bestätigen Sie die Auswahl.
6. Bestätigen Sie das Layout-Ticket:

7. (Optional) Um die vorhandenen Vorlagen beizubehalten, aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Vorlage im neuen Prinergy-Job beibehalten.
8. Klicken Sie auf Kopieren.
9. Füllen Sie im angezeigten Fenster "Layout-Ticket" die übrigen Felder in diesem Dialogfeld aus. Erforderliche Daten sind mit gekennzeichnet.
   Tipp: Bei Feldern, die Druckvorlagen oder Matrizen akzeptieren, können Sie die Druckvorlage oder Matrizendatei von der Workshop-Benutzeroberfläche oder Ihrer Dateiverwaltungssoftware in das Feld ziehen. Sie können auch Druckvorlagen aus Kodak InSite Creative Workflow in das Feld ziehen. Die Datei muss auf dem Prinergy Workflow-Hauptserver zugänglich bzw. abrufbar sein.
   Hinweis: Von der PLA-Software werden lokale Dateien nicht automatisch aus dem Client in den Prinergy Workflow-Hauptserver hochgeladen. 
10. Klicken Sie auf Validieren. 
    Wenn das Layout validiert wird, erscheint die folgende Meldung: Information: Validation completed successfully. 
    Andernfalls lösen Sie die in der Validierungswarnung oder Validierungsfehlermeldung angegebenen Probleme. 
11. Führen Sie eine der folgenden Aktionen durch:
    • Klicken Sie auf An Prinergy senden. Ein Job, der das kopierte Layout enthält, wird in Workshop erstellt.
    • Um die Layout-Daten zu speichern, ohne sie an Prinergy Workflow zu senden, klicken Sie auf Als Datei speichern.

Si utiliza el conjunto de reglas PLA System Level Rule-Versatile Layout Home, puede copiar un trabajo existente de Prinergy Workflow para crear uno nuevo. Se conservan los sangrados y se pueden sustituir los gráficos existentes.

5. Seleccione un archivo JT o PJTF. Si hay varios diseños, confirme la selección.
6. Confirme la nota de diseño:
   Nota: Debe indicar la nota que se utilizó originalmente para crear el trabajo, si originalmente se creó con PLA.
   
   • En equipos Apple Macintosh: lista Seleccionar un tipo de nota de diseño.
   • En equipos con sistema operativo Windows: lista Nota de diseño para el nuevo trabajo.
7. (Opcional) Para conservar los gráficos existentes, seleccione la casilla Conservar gráficos en el nuevo trabajo de Prinergy.
8. Haga clic en Copiar.
9. En la ventana Nota de diseño que aparece, complete los campos restantes del cuadro de diálogo. Los datos obligatorios se indican con .
   Sugerencia: En los cuadros que aceptan materiales gráficos o troqueles, es posible arrastrar el archivo de diseño gráfico o de troquelado al cuadro desde la interfaz del usuario de Workshop o desde el software de gestión de archivos. También es posible arrastrar materiales gráficos desde Kodak InSite Creative Workflow. El archivo debe ser accesible desde el servidor principal de Prinergy Workflow.
   Nota: El software PLA no sube automáticamente los archivos locales del cliente al servidor principal de Prinergy Workflow. 
10. Haga clic en Validar. 
    Si el diseño pasa la validación, verá este mensaje: Information: Validation completed successfully. 
    En caso contrario, resuelva los problemas que se indican en la advertencia de validación o en el mensaje de error de validación. 
11. Realice una de las siguientes acciones:
    • Haga clic en Enviar a Prinergy. En Workshop se crea un trabajo con la copia del diseño.
    • Para guardar los datos del diseño sin enviarlos a Prinergy Workflow, haga clic en Guardar en archivo.

Si vous utilisez le jeu de règles PLA - Règle du niveau système - Versatile Layout Home, vous pouvez copier un travail Prinergy Workflow existant et l'utiliser pour créer un nouveau travail. Les fonds perdus sont conservés et il est possible de remplacer les maquettes existantes.

Important : il n'est pas possible d'utiliser l'option Copier le travail Prinergy si vous avez verrouillé la maquette dans la mise en page d'origine. Si vous devez copier un travail avec des maquettes verrouillées, ouvrez la mise en page d'origine et déverrouillez les maquettes avant d'utiliser cette fonction dans PLA.

Remarque : si vous avez sélectionné l'option Copier le travail Prinergy, vous ne pouvez pas modifier complètement le nom d'un travail dans Prinergy. Cependant, si vous ajoutez un préfixe au nom du travail pour pouvoir identifier l'emplacement du site d'impression une fois qu'il est envoyé depuis PLA, vous devez utiliser le fichier PrinergyJobNamePrefix.propeties pour permettre à PLA de trouver le travail Prinergy à copier. Ce fichier se trouve dans  \\<servername>\Program Files (x86)\Kodak\LayoutAutomation\server\WEB-INF\classes. 4. Pour copier un travail, sélectionnez-le dans la liste Choisir un travail Prinergy.
5. Choisissez un fichier JT ou PJTF. Si plusieurs mises en page existent, confirmez la sélection.
6. Confirmez la fiche de mise en page :
   Remarque : cela doit indiquer la fiche utilisée à l'origine pour créer le travail si PLA l'a initialement créé.
   
   • Sur un ordinateur Apple Macintosh : liste Sélectionner un type de fiche de mise en page
   • Sur un ordinateur Windows : liste Fiche de mise en page à utiliser pour créer un nouveau travail
7. (Facultatif) Pour conserver la maquette existante, cochez la case Conserver la maquette dans le nouveau travail Prinergy.
8. Cliquez sur Copier.
9. Dans la fenêtre Fiche de mise en page qui s'affiche, renseignez les autres champs de la boîte de dialogue. Les données requises sont indiquées par .
   Conseil : lorsqu'un champ accepte les maquettes ou les découpes, vous pouvez faire glisser le fichier de la maquette ou de la découpe depuis l'interface utilisateur Workshop ou votre logiciel de gestion de fichiers vers ce champ. Vous pouvez également faire glisser les maquettes depuis Kodak InSite Creative Workflow. Le fichier doit être accessible depuis le serveur principal Prinergy Workflow.
   Remarque : le logiciel PLA ne télécharge pas automatiquement les fichiers locaux depuis le client vers le serveur principal Prinergy Workflow. 
10. Cliquez sur Valider. 
    Si la mise en page est validée, ce message apparaît : Information: Validation completed successfully. 
    Dans le cas contraire, résolvez les problèmes indiqués dans le message d'avertissement ou d'erreur de validation. 
11. Effectuez l'une des opérations suivantes :
    • Cliquez sur Envoyer vers Prinergy. Un travail contenant la mise en page copiée est créé dans Workshop.
    • Pour enregistrer les données de la mise en page sans l'envoyer vers Prinergy Workflow, cliquez sur Enregistrer vers le fichier.

Se si utilizza il nuovo set di regole Regola a livello di sistema PLA - Home con layout versatile, è possibile copiare un processo Prinergy Workflow esistente e utilizzarlo per la creazione di un nuovo processo. Le rifilature vengono mantenute ed è possibile sostituire l'elemento grafico esistente.

Importante: non è possibile utilizzare l'opzione Copia processo Prinergy se l'elemento grafico è stato bloccato nel layout originale. Se è necessario copiare un processo con elementi grafici bloccati, aprire il layout originale e sbloccarli prima di utilizzare questa funzione in PLA.

Nota: una modifica completa del nome di un processo in Prinergy non è supportata con l'opzione Copia processo Prinergy. Tuttavia, se si aggiunge un prefisso al nome del processo per identificare la posizione del sito di stampa dopo il suo invio da PLA, è necessario utilizzare il file PrinergyJobNamePrefix.propeties per consentire a PLA di trovare il processo da copiare in Prinergy. Questo file si trova in  \\<servername>\Program Files (x86)\Kodak\LayoutAutomation\server\WEB-INF\classes. 5. Scegliere un file JT o PJTF. Se esistono più layout, confermare la selezione.
6. Confermare il ticket layout:
   Nota: questo dovrebbe indicare che il ticket è stato originalmente usato per creare il processo, se è stato PLA a crearlo in origine.
   
   • Su un computer Apple Macintosh: elenco Seleziona un tipo di ticket layout
   • Su un computer basato su sistema operativo Windows: elenco Ticket layout da utilizzare per il nuovo processo
7. (Facoltativo) Per mantenere l'elemento grafico esistente, selezionare la casella Mantieni elemento grafico nel nuovo processo Prinergy.
8. Fare clic su Esegui copia.

   Suggerimento: per le caselle che accettano elementi grafici o fustelle, è possibile trascinare il file dell'elemento grafico o della fustella dall'interfaccia utente di Workshop o dal software di gestione file nella casella. È anche possibile trascinare l'elemento grafico dal software Kodak InSite Creative Workflow. Il file deve essere accessibile dal server primario di Prinergy Workflow.
   Nota: il software PLA non carica automaticamente i file locali dal client al server primario Prinergy Workflow. 
10. Fare clic su Convalida. 
    Se il layout supera la convalida, viene visualizzato il messaggio: Information: Validation completed successfully. 
    Altrimenti, risolvere il problema indicato nell'avviso di convalida o nel messaggio di errore di convalida. 
11. Eseguire una delle seguenti operazioni:
    • Fare clic su Invia a Prinergy. In Workshop viene creato un processo che contiene il layout copiato.
    • Per salvare i dati di layout senza inviarli a Prinergy Workflow, fare clic su Salva su file.

PLA System Level Rule-Versatile Layout Home ルール セットを使用している場合は、既存の Prinergy Workflow ジョブのコピーを使用して、新しいジョブを作成できます。 裁ち幅が維持され、既存のアートワークを置き換えることができます。

7. （任意）既存のアートワークを保持する場合は、［新規ジョブでアートワークを保持］ボックスを選択します。
8. ［コピーを実行］をクリックします。
9. 表示されるレイアウト チケットウィンドウで、ダイアログ ボックス内の残りのボックスを設定します。 必要なデータには アイコンが表示されます。
   ヒント：アートワークまたはダイを使用できるボックスについては、Workshop ユーザー インターフェイスまたはファイル管理ソフトウェアからボックスにアートワーク ファイルまたはダイ ファイルをドラッグできます。 Kodak InSite Creative Workflow からアートワークをドラッグすることもできます。 ファイルは Prinergy Workflow プライマリ サーバーから参照できるようにする必要があります。

10. 検証をクリックします。 
    レイアウトがチェックに合格すると、次のメッセージが表示されます：Information: Validation completed successfully 
    合格しなかった場合は、チェックの警告またはエラーのメッセージで示された問題を解決してください。 
11. 以下のいずれかの操作を実行します。
    • Prinergy へ送信をクリックします。 Prinergy Workshop に、コピーされたレイアウトを含むジョブが作成されます。
    • レイアウト データを Prinergy Workflow に送信せずに保存するには、［ファイルに保存］をクリックします。

如果您正在使用 PLA 系统级规则 - 通用版式主页规则集，可以复制现有印能捷工作流程作业并用来创建新作业。 出血将保留，可以替换现有页面。

重要提示：如果您在原始版式中锁定了页面，则无法使用“复制印能捷作业”选项。 如果您需要复制带有锁定页面的作业，请在 PLA 中使用此功能之前打开原始版式并解除页面锁定。

7. （可选）要保留现有页面，请选择“在新印能捷作业中保留页面”框。
8. 单击“复制”。
9. 在出现的版式传票窗口中，填写对话框中其余的框。 .
   提示：对于接受页面或刀版的框，可以将页面或刀版文件从 Workshop 用户界面或文件管理软件拖到此框中。 还可以从 Kodak InSite Creative Workflow 软件拖放页面。 该文件必须可从印能捷工作流程主服务器访问。
   注意：PLA 软件不会将客户端本地文件自动上载到印能捷工作流程主服务器。 
10. 单击“验证”。 
    如果版式通过了验证，您会看到消息Information: Validation completed successfully。 
    否则请解决验证警告或验证错误消息中指出的问题。 
11. 执行以下操作之一：
    • 单击“发送到印能捷”。 在 Workshop 中将创建包含复制版式的作业。
    • 如果要保存版式数据而不发送到印能捷工作流程，请单击“保存到文件”。
