  1. From the Window menu, select Show Marks Palette.
  2. Open the Labels folder, and click LBL_Text.pdf.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Drag the mark to one of the flaps of the placed artwork.
    • Click the Add selected mark to job icon located in the Marks palette toolbar.
      The mark appears in the center of the visible portion of the layout. You can then move it to the flap of one of the placed artwork files. 

      If you have difficulty selecting the mark, select the mark in the Content tab of the job properties view.
  4. In the job properties view, under Attributes, make these edits:
    1. In the Text box, type Item # 5091.
    2. In the Font section, change the Name, Style and Size to Arial, Bold, 11 pt.
    3. In the Color list, select Blood Red.
       
  5. Using the Geometry palette, rotate the mark -90 degrees. Position the mark accurately in the flap.
  6. Hold down the Shift key and click the artwork on which you've placed the mark.
  7. Perform one of the following actions:
    • From the Object menu, select Bind Mark to Artwork.
    • Command-click (right-click) and select Bind Mark to Artwork.
  8. Perform one of the following actions:
    • From the Object menu, select Apply to All.
    • Command-click (right-click) and select Apply to All.
      The mark binds to all artwork placements (based on the name of the artwork) regardless of their location or rotation.

  1. Dans le menu Fenêtre, sélectionnez Afficher la palette Repères.
  2. Ouvrez le dossier Labels, puis cliquez sur LBL_Text.pdf.
  3. Effectuez l'une des opérations suivantes :
    • Faites glisser le repère sur l'un des rabats de la maquette placée.
    • Cliquez sur l'icône Ajouter le repère sélectionné au travail située dans la barre d'outils de la palette Repères.
      Le repère s'affiche au centre de la partie visible de la mise en page. Vous pouvez donc le déplacer dans le rabat d’un des fichiers de maquette placés. 

      Si vous rencontrez des difficultés lors de la sélection du repère, choisissez le repère dans l'onglet Contenu de la vue Propriétés du travail.
  4. Dans la vue Propriétés du travail, sous Attributs, effectuez les modifications suivantes :
    1. Dans le champ Texte, saisissez Élément n° 5091.
    2. Dans la section Police, remplacez le nom, le style et la taille par respectivement Arial, Bold et 11 pt.
    3. Dans la liste Couleur, sélectionnez Blood Red.
       
  5. À l'aide de la palette Géométrie, faites pivoter le repère à -90 degrés. Positionnez précisément le repère sur le rabat.
  6. Maintenez la touche Maj. enfoncée et cliquez sur la maquette dans laquelle vous avez placé le repère.
  7. Effectuez l'une des opérations suivantes :
    • Dans le menu Objet, sélectionnez Associer un repère à une maquette.
    • Appuyez sur la touche Commande (faites un clic droit) et choisissez Associer un repère à une maquette.
  8. Effectuez l'une des opérations suivantes :
    • À partir du menu Objet, sélectionnez Appliquer à tous.
    • Appuyez sur la touche Commande (faites un clic droit) et choisissez Appliquer à tous.
      Le repère s'associe à tous les emplacements de la maquette (en fonction du nom de cette dernière), quels que soient leur emplacement ou leur rotation.
