Includes the network traffic logs for the selected Proofer Controller. You only see this option when you start to create an error report without first selecting a row in Proofer Finder.
Created by
Identifies the name of the person creating the error report. By default, the box displays the logon name from the operating system on the operator's computer. You can type a different name if desired.
Proof that is in error
Displays a list of the sheet IDs that are available on the Proofer Controller. The sheet ID is optional. Choose one of the following options:
- None: No sheet ID is selected. No information about a sheet and its proofs is included in the error report.
- Select a sheet ID, or type the sheet ID: The software adds a low-resolution copy of the sheet and its proofs to the error report. The size of the error report increases with the extra data. Include the sheet ID when it will help a service representative to troubleshoot the error.
Note: The sheet ID option is unavailable when you create error reports from the Proofer Finder window and information about the Proofer Controller is not yet known.
Problem description
Type the time that the system encountered the problem and a brief description of the problem, such as steps that led to the problem, unusual proofer sounds, and so on.
