Las hot folders inteligentes que permiten crear trabajos y procesar y mover archivos:

  1. Aceptan el archivo de origen
  2. Crean un trabajo con el nombre de trabajo de destino del trabajo de plantilla
  3. Lo guardan en el mismo grupo que el trabajo de plantilla
  4. Copian y mueven de forma simultánea el archivo de origen a cualquiera de las siguientes ubicaciones:
    • La hot folder del trabajo nuevo (donde se inicia el procesamiento)
    • Una ubicación relativa al trabajo
    • Una carpeta en un volumen montado (incluida otra hot folder inteligente)
    • La hot folder de un trabajo existente (donde se inicia el procesamiento)

Smart hot folders that create jobs and process and move files:

  1. Accept the source file
  2. Create a job with the target job name from the template job
  3. Save it in the same group as the template job
  4. Simultaneously copy and move the source file to any of the following locations:
    • The new job's hot folder (initiates processing)
    • A job-relative location
    • A folder on a mounted volume (including another smart hot folder)
    • An existing job's hot folder (initiates processing)
