To make your customized job info sheets available to Prepress Portal users, you can use either of these options:

• Have a default job info sheet that is used for all jobs
• Set up job templates and attach different job info sheets to each job template

Note: If you place your customized files in the wrong folders, Prepress Portal will display the default job info sheet supplied in the shipped system.

Para que sus hojas de información de trabajo personalizadas estén disponibles para los usuarios de Prepress Portal, puede utilizar cualquiera de las opciones siguientes:

• Disponga una hoja de información de trabajo predeterminada que se utilice para todos los trabajos
• Configure plantillas de trabajo y adjunte hojas de información de trabajo diferentes a cada una de las plantillas

Nota: Si coloca los archivos personalizados en las carpetas erróneas, Prepress Portal mostrará la hoja de información de trabajo predeterminada incluida en el sistema.
