Info Sheets are configured under the PRINERGY on Demand Portal Resources tab under PRINERGY Access settings.
You can designate one Upload Info Sheet and one Job Info Sheet as the default info sheet for each type by right-clicking on the job in the Info Sheet Templates list and choosing Set as default... from the drop-down menu.
