Info sheets are used to provide information about Jobs and Uploads.
There are two types of Info Sheets: Upload Info Sheets and Job Info Sheets.
- Upload Info Sheets appear in the File Upload dialog and are used to provide specific information about the files being uploaded.
- Job Upload Sheets appear in the right information panel when a Job is selected in the Jobs list.
Info Sheets are configured under the PRINERGY Portal Resources tab under PRINERGY Access settings.
You can designate one Upload Info Sheet and one Job Info Sheet as the default info sheet for each type by right-clicking on the job in the Info Sheet Templates list and choosing Set as default... from the drop-down menu.
Creating Info Sheets
To created an Upload Info Sheet, select the Create for Upload drop-down menu and chose From Scratch or From Selected (when an existing Upload Info Sheet is selected from the list).
To created a Job Info Sheet, select the Create for Job drop-down menu and chose From Scratch or From Selected (when an existing Job Info Sheet is selected from the list).

Elements - contains drag-and-drop fields of different types for placement in the Workspace.
Template Workspace - the working area for laying out the form.
Properties - Specific settings for each field, which are relevant to the type of field chosen.
Creating Forms
You create forms by clicking on a field element icon in the Elements list to add it to the Template Workspace.
You can reposition the fields by clicking on them and dragging them up or down.
You can delete a field by selecting it and clicking on the red trash can on the right side of the field.
You then configure properties for the field using the Properties fields beside the Template Workspace.
