You can view measurement information about any TIFF file you opened in Preview mode or any TIFF file placed in a layout in Layout mode.
- On the toolbar, click .
- Click a point in the display window, and then click a second point.
If the second point is outside the display window, the window will auto scroll if you move the cursor outside the window and keep the mouse button pressed.
You can also hold down the space bar to get the Hand tool and use it to scroll to the second point outside the display window. - Check the Info palette for the information that the TIFF Assembler Plus software derived from the measurement:
- Width: The horizontal distance of the line on the x axis
- Height: The vertical distance of the line on the y axis
- Distance: The distance between the two points
- Angle: The angle of the line relative to the axis
Note: To see the Width, Height, and/or Distance values in pixels, place the cursor over the value. A tooltip displays the value in pixels.
