DigiCap NX Patterning is a software-based feature for Flexcel NX systems that helps ensure optimal ink flow and solid ink coverage for specific ink types and anilox roll volumes. This enhanced ink transfer efficiency is accomplished through the application of a micro-texturization pattern to the surface of all elements on the Flexcel NX plate.
One standard and five advanced DigiCap NX patterns are available and may be combined on the same layout in TIFF Assembler Plus 4 or later software.
Note: Only the Microsoft Windows version of TIFF Assembler Plus can be used to apply DigiCap NX patterns to output in Layout mode.
