This activity demonstrates how to use Rules-Based Automation (RBA) to refine an input file, output the refined PDF file for virtual proofing, archive and purge the entire job, and then automatically send an e-mail to convey that the job is fully completed.
This activity won't be able to realistically reflect the archive and purge process, however you will gain experience in how those actions can be setup in a rule, and ultimately handled in your own environment.
