  1. In the 1-Up Artwork pane, double-click the newly refined PDF file Vitamins.p1.pdf, and preview it in Acrobat.
  2. Set the trim box of the 1-up artwork with Kodak Geometry Editor or Enfocus PitStop.
  3. Save the file and quit Acrobat.
  4. In the 1-Up Artwork pane, select the Vitamins.p1.pdf file.
  5. From the Process menu, select Refine > Refine > 2ndRef-MapColors Trap.
  6. In the Start Process dialog box, click the Edit Process Template button.
  7. Expand the Spot Color Handling section.
  8. In the Source of Color Recipes area, locate and select your XXColorLibrary in the Selectable list. Click Add.
 

    Your library has been added to the Selected column, making it available for the 2ndRef-MapColors Trap process template.
  9. Click OK.
    Note: Editing this process template is temporary. When you modify a process template in this way, any changes to the process template are discarded when the process is complete. The changes do not affect the original process template and are not saved with the job. You cannot repeat this process without making the same changes to the process template again.
  10. In the Start Process dialog box, click Color Mapping.
    1. Select Die and output selected as Separately.
    2. Click Add and select Job. In the Select a Color Library dialog box, from the Library list, select your XXColorLibrary. Click OK.
    3. In the Color Editor-Die dialog box from the Opacity list, select Dieline and set color to 100% magenta. Click OK.
    Note: Make it a habit mapping the die color, ensuring that the die line is not knocked out.
  11. Back to the Color Mappings dialog box, click OK.
  12. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.
