- In Job Finder, select the Tools menu and open the Process Template Editor.
- Navigate to Archive > Archive > ArchiveSelected and open the process template.
- Enable Verify Archive.
- Select appropriate items from the Available Pools and add them to the Archive Media Pools. Delete the inappropriate achieve media pools.
- Save and close the process template.
