  1. From the Tools menu in Job Manager, choose Rule Set Manager.
  2. Right-click your <XX>_Rule_Set_Group, and choose New Rule Set.
  3. On the Events tab, locate Input File AddedPrinergy Events > Input File Events > Input File Added
  4. Drag the event onto the workspace.
  5. On the Flow tab, locate the Split action (under Loop Actions).
  6. Drag the action to the Action icon (center of the green box).
  7. Double-click the red line separating the event and the action.
    The Rule Parameters Editor dialog box opens.
  8. In the Items box, select Input Files.
  9. Accept the default value of 1 for Items per Group.
  10. Select the Per Group Delay box.
  11. Click the Edit Value icon to access the Parameter Value dialog box.
  12. Set a time span of 15 minutes. This time delay is to avoid a heavy load on the system, which could occur if the events are triggered to start to closely together in time. In this example, it takes 10 minutes to refine a page. So the next page will be sent to be refined only after 15 minutes, which will be after the previous page was completed. 



  13. In the Parameter Value dialog box, click OK.
  14. In the Rule Parameters Editor, click OK
