  1. In Prinergy, open the XX_Pack_Automation_Job2 job from activity Build a Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation job - job 2.
  2. In the Job Manager window, in the Process Templates area, select Global.
  3. Expand Loose 1-Up Artwork Proof.
  4. Expand XXLoose1-UpGroup.
  5. From the 1-Up Artwork section on the left, select and drag the 123ramps_StepWedge_v1.p1.pdf file to the XXLoose1-Up process template.
  6. Click Edit Process Template.
  7. Expand the Processed File Options section.
  8. Select the Use Custom File Naming check box.
  9. In the Filename Template box, type %Filename%_bump_%LongColorName%.%extension%. 
  10. Close the Processed File Options section.
  11. From the 1-Up Artwork section on the left, select and drag the 123ramps_StepWedge_v1.p1.pdf file to the XXLoose1-Up process template.
  12. Click Edit Process Template.
  13. Expand the Processed File Options section.
  14. Select the Use Custom File Naming check box.
  15. In the Filename Template box, type  %Filename%_bump_%LongColorName%.%extension%. 
  16. Close the Processed File Options section.
  17. Expand the Calibration & Screening section.
  18. From the Print Curve list, select the c3, NX Any xx% 2400 AM.  Leave all other settings at default.
  19. Click OK.
  20. Click OK.
  21. Wait for output to complete.
  22. Expand the Calibration & Screening section.
  23. From the Print Curve list, select the XX Flexcel bump curve.  Leave all other settings at default.
  24. Click OK.
  25. Click OK.
  26. Wait for output to complete.
  27. Expand the Calibration & Screening section.
  28. From the Print Curve list, select the XX Flexcel cutoff curve.  Leave all other settings at default.
  29. Click OK.
  30. Click OK.
  31. Wait for output to complete.
  32. In the lower-left corner of Job manager, right-click the Job Folder button and select Open Job Folder in the File Browser.
  33. Open the Plates folder.
  34. Open the plate files in TIFF Assembler Plus (TAP) for previewing the jobs.
  35. Use the tools in TAP to verify the transfer curves were applied per the ColorFlow settings.
  36. Close TAP when finished.
  37. Close the Plates window.
  38. Close XX_Pack_Automation_Job2 Job Manager.
