Hot swap the rule set

In this task, you will hot swap this edited rule set with the originating enabled rule set used for copying purposes.

Use the Hot Swap Rule Set dialog box to replace and enable a new rule set with a previously enabled rule set. This ensures that the rule set does not miss any events while you make changes.

1. On the Rule Builder toolbar, click the Save icon.
2. In the Save Rule Set As dialog box, perform the following tasks:
   1. In the Save in box, select <XX>_Rule_Set_Group (where <XX> represents your initials).
   2. In the Rule Set Name box, name your rule set <XX>_Rule_Set_Email.
      
      
      
      
3. Click Save.
4. In Rule Set Manager, select your new rule set <XX>_Rule_Set_Email.
5. Click the Hot Swap button.
6. In the Hot Swap Rule Set dialog box, select the currently enabled rule <XX>_Rule_Set_Proof.
7. Select In all jobs where it is enabled. Click OK. The icon showing that the rule is enabled now appears on <XX>_Rule_Set_Email.
8. Minimize Rule Set Manager.
