  1. In Job Manager, select the Separations view.
  2. Select A Front 1 (5 separations).
    All separations will be selected.



  3. In the Virtual Proof column, right-click the selected separations and select Approve.
    This triggers the Perform Final Output action. Separations will now be output as TIFF final output files.
  4. Right-click the <XX>_RBA Job icon in the lower-left corner of Job Manager. Select Open Job Folder in File Browser.
  5. Open UserDefinedFolders.
  6. Locate and open the Output folder, and view the five TIFF files created as part of the final output process.
  7. Restore Rule Set Manager.
  8. Select <XX>_Rule Set_Workflow, and click Disable.
  9. Minimize Rule Set Manager.
  10. In Job Manager, in the Page Sets pane, select all assigned pages. Right-click a selected page, and choose Unassign.
  11. In the Signatures view, right-click RBA Page Set and choose Remove Imposition.
  12. In the Pages view, minimize the page set list. Right-click RBA Page Set, and choose Delete Page Set.
  13. In the Pages pane, select all refined PDF pages. Right-click a selected page, and choose Delete Page.
  14. In the Input Files pane, right-click the input file and choose Remove Input.
