- Right-click the folder XX_Job39 located in the lower left hand corner of Job Manager, and select Open Job Folder in File Browser > HotFolders > XX_APA Refine.
- In your root directory, navigate to the
Packaging Activity Source Files > APA Filesfolder, and then select and copy:APACarton_Blue.pdfAPACarton_Green.pdfAPACarton_Red.pdf - Paste the files to the hot folder XX_APA Refine within your job folder (XX_APA_Range).
- Close the browser, and return to the Step and Repeats view in Job Manager.
- Output a layout proof and preview it in Prinergy VPS.
Note that the red artwork is automatically placed in positions 1 to 3, the green artwork is automatically placed in positions 4 to 6, and the blue artwork is automatically placed in positions 7 to 9. These artwork positions are based on your APA rules created for this job. - Close the job.
